Seeking a change, she explored multiple leasing opportunities in her hometown of Michigan and eventually traveled and moved to different cities in Minnesota, Washington D.C., Central Pennsylvania, Cleveland, Philly, Pittsburgh and Valparaiso. Over the years she aimed to broaden her horizons and gained diverse experiences. From working with smaller proprietary companies to larger outfits - Lincoln Property Company (now known as Willow Bridge) to Greystar, Kia's career path led her back to the Midwest with Morgan Properties. Married, a mother of one son, and a proud homeowner in Indiana, Kia has found her professional home at Morgan Properties. Previously based in Central PA, she was recognized for her exceptional revenue generation, and team leadership which ultimately led to her current role as Area Vice President. Kia's success in property management has been achieved through unconventional routes, demonstrating her ability to adapt and thrive. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kia actively participates in community organizations and initiatives. She is involved in good corporate citizenship programs that allow her to give back to the community, such as organizing warm coat drives and serving at Indiana food pantries to help fight food insecurities.
