Originally hailing from Kansas, she completed her undergraduate degree in Education in Kansas and obtained her Master’s Degree in Education in Nashville. With over two decades of experience, she dedicated many years to educating young children as an elementary school teacher. During her time in Nashville, which spanned 21 years, Kim assisted her partner, who is a Broker, in managing Real Estate and rental properties, although she did not possess a Real Estate license until her transition to Destin. Her fondness for Destin grew over the years as she frequently visited the area with her partner. Eventually, two years ago, she decided to relocate to Destin full-time and pursued her Real Estate license in Florida. Kim actively organizes and conducts daily open houses for all her listed properties and appreciates referrals, which are often generated through positive word of mouth within the community.
