Luis A. Olvera is an accomplished Commercial Real Estate agent with NorthStar Real Estate Associates in Edina, MN, where he is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of their transactions. With over 19 years of experience in Minnesota real estate and a strong financial background in International Business, Luis excels in representing his clients’ best interests, from negotiations to contract execution, to the establishment of subsidiaries abroad.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Luis holds a CPA from La Salle University, and a MBA from the University of Minnesota and has a rich history in international business, having taught at the U of M and lectured on International Business and Corporate Development at Universidad Anahuac in Mexico. He is also a national member of the National Association of Realtors, holding a Green Designation, which underscores his commitment to sustainable practices in real estate.

A passionate advocate for diversity and community service, Luis founded "Business Beyond Fronteras," a BNI group aimed at promoting inclusivity and was President of Voz, Inc. a magazine dedicated to multiculturalism. He serves as a lecturer at the Latino Chamber of Commerce and LEDC. With a motto of "Service, Service, Service!" Luis is driven to ensure that each client has the best possible experience as they navigate one of life’s most significant decisions, while also empowering the Hispanic community to achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Luis also participated as a treasurer and Chair of Membership committee at NAHREP. Currently he is involved in Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) at the Culture and Inclusion committee, among other positions, reflecting his dedication to advancing real estate practices and fostering inclusivity.
