She leads JE Empire Estates, a real estate investment and property management company focused on residential multifamily housing, single-family rentals, and affordable housing initiatives, including Section 8. Alongside her husband, Mayline has built a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio across South Florida, managing everything from property acquisition and renovations to leasing, tenant relations, and compliance. She is also the founder of The Estates Collection, a luxury home goods e-commerce brand featuring curated high-end appliances and lifestyle items that reflect her passion for quality living and real estate design. Mayline’s executive background includes the growth and leadership of several multimillion-dollar companies in the trucking, logistics, and equipment leasing industries. Driven by purpose as well as profit, she is a passionate advocate for special education reform and epilepsy awareness.
