Following his college education, he relocated to Colorado with the aim of pursuing his interests in the snow sports industry. During this time, he worked as an adult ski and snowboard instructor at Breckenridge Ski Resort, where he dedicated a decade to sharing his passion for the industry and assisting both novice and experienced skiers and snowboarders in achieving their goals. As an exemplary employee, teacher, and leader, he consistently demonstrated his commitment to his profession. In the autumn of 2019, Michael made the decision to embark on a new chapter of his life in the Sunshine State. Initially, he continued to work in the customer service sector as a server/bartender. It was during this time that he first crossed paths with Lisa Schutte Mohr, who introduced him to the idea of pursuing a career in real estate. Once the pandemic lockdown was lifted, Michael wasted no time in pursuing his real estate education. As the year 2021 drew to a close, he successfully obtained his real estate license.
