Her in-depth knowledge of the local market is grounded in years of community leadership and service. A Business Administration graduate from Mercer University, Pat’s background includes executive roles at Southern Company Services, the Medical College of Georgia, and serving as Director of Community Relations and Marketing for a regional real estate firm supporting over 100 agents. Her experience and insight allow her to deliver a high level of service tailored to the unique needs of each client, whether buying, selling, or relocating.

Pat’s dedication extends beyond real estate into meaningful community involvement. She has served as Chair of the Ronald McDonald House of Augusta, Leadership Augusta and Columbia County, the Development Authority of Columbia County, and the Columbia County Convention and Visitors Bureau. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbia County Chamber and its Government Affairs Committee. In recognition of her service and leadership, Pat has received the Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year Award (2008), Leadership Award (2012), and was named the RGA 2024 Realtor of the Year.
