Patrizia began her real estate career in 2006 at a prominent firm in Caracas, Venezuela, where she quickly rose to manage the Sales Department. In that role, she was responsible not only for marketing residential and commercial properties but also for recruiting, training, and mentoring agents. Her leadership in sales and team development established a foundation for her future in real estate management.

After relocating to Miami, Patrizia joined The Keyes Company, where she advanced through several roles including Real Estate Consultant, Field Trainer, and Assistant Sales Manager. In January 2020, she was named District Sales Manager of the Brickell Office. Today, she leads with a focus on agent development, sharing her expertise to support professional growth and uphold the company's values of education, innovation, integrity, and service.
