Regan Sonnabend is a corporate housing operator and real estate investor, and the Founder and CEO of TurnKey Corporate Housing, headquartered in the Chicago area with properties nationwide. An accredited real estate investor, she has built and managed a portfolio of long-term, mid-term, and short-term rental properties since 2014. TurnKey Corporate Housing serves corporate, insurance, and government clients, including federal agencies, and one of Regan’s properties is featured in an upcoming episode of the Emmy Award–winning CBS series Staycation.

Regan’s career spans more than two decades across corporate housing, hospitality, healthcare, agency, and nonprofit environments, giving her a broad, operationally grounded perspective on housing and service delivery. She began working in corporate housing in 1997 while in graduate school, supporting large-scale relocation projects such as Y2K consultants and production crews. Her background includes senior roles with globally recognized hospitality brands, as well as leading marketing and communications strategy for high-profile organizations and public-private initiatives. In 2022, she returned to corporate housing full-time, bringing together her early industry experience and years of real estate investment work.

Her approach to corporate housing is shaped by direct experience supporting households during periods of disruption, including extended displacement following home damage, which reinforced the importance of reliability, care, and quality in temporary housing. Regan holds a Master of Business Administration and is an active member of a national real estate investment mastermind focused on advanced acquisition and operations. She has also held leadership and advisory roles with a range of nonprofit and civic organizations, underscoring a professional commitment to responsible business practices and community impact.
