Richard Neville is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser working with Coldwell Banker in Lewiston, NY. He has expertise in both commercial and residential real estate. Richard embarked on his career in the banking sector, where he dedicated 7 years. During this time, he worked diligently at HSBC Bank, specifically in the Realty Credit and SBA divisions. In 1986, Richard made the decision to relocate to Washington D.C., where he assumed the role of Vice President of Development at Kinder Care Inc. This position allowed him to showcase his expertise until 1996. Following his tenure at Kinder Care Inc., Richard formed a partnership with Site Development Inc. Their collaboration primarily focused on the development of mixed-use projects in the Northeastern region. Richard's commitment to real estate development continued to flourish as he became actively involved with Combined Properties, Colliers Inc., and the Aspen Group. Through these ventures, he played a pivotal role in overseeing the development of over 4.5 million square feet of real estate. In 2012, Richard returned to his roots in Western New York and joined Clove Group Inc., a prominent Senior Apartment Developer. Assuming the position of Senior Vice President of Development, he brought his wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. In 2016, Richard took on a new challenge and joined Coldwell Banker Integrity as an Associate Broker. Richard was born and raised in Niagara County. He pursued his education at Niagara University, where he successfully earned a degree in finance in 1969. According to Richard, the Buffalo/Lewiston area boasts a thriving real estate market and is surrounded by beautiful lakes. Throughout his career, Richard has received numerous accolades for his outstanding contributions. Notably, he was honored with the prestigious President's Award for his exceptional work at Kindercare Learning Centers. Richard attributes his success to his father, who was a skilled home builder. From a young age, his father imparted invaluable knowledge and wisdom that continues to guide him to this day. What truly fuels Richard's passion for real estate is the opportunity to connect with people and make a positive impact on their lives. He finds great joy in meeting new individuals and having the ability to enhance their experiences through his work. Beyond his professional endeavors, Richard remains actively involved in various philanthropic organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and The Niagara County Food Pantry. Additionally, he is an engaged member of ICSC and serves as a Mentor in the Wilson School District.
