Born and raised in South Jersey, Samantha has always had a strong connection to her hometown and has no desire to settle down anywhere else. With a deep passion for design and home interiors, she pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design with a minor in Business. Since 2013, Samantha has been actively involved in the real estate industry, starting her career by assisting the Director of Operations in managing several brokerages for a family-owned company in the Metropolitan D.C. area. In 2015, Samantha made the decision to move back to New Jersey and secured a position as a client and marketing specialist with a real estate investment company. In this role, she provided exceptional service to families who were in need of selling their properties quickly and at fair market value. Through this experience, Samantha gained valuable skills and knowledge about the market for investing and renovating properties. She also developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by families who needed to sell their properties within a specific timeframe. Motivated by her experiences, Samantha decided to venture into purchasing and renovating properties herself. Over the past few years, she has successfully executed several projects in the South Jersey market. Her keen eye for design and her efficient approach to purchasing and renovating homes have been instrumental in her success. These experiences further fueled Samantha's desire to fully commit herself to the real estate industry and obtain her license. Samantha is also a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the designation of Military Relocation Professional. Samantha attributes her achievements to her humility, kindness, and the unwavering support she receives from her loved ones. Growing up, she was inspired by her father, who was an entrepreneur, and her mother, who had a talent for art and design. Their influence sparked Samantha's interest in both business and interior design. In her free time, Samantha loves visiting Disney World and has been fortunate enough to experience the magic of the park over 30 times. Now, she takes great joy in sharing that same spark and enchantment with her daughter, Sofia.
