Shanese Williams is a licensed REALTOR® and REALTIST with Real Broker, LLC in New York, where she guides buyers, sellers, and investors through every stage of the real estate process. With an active license in the state of New York, she is dedicated to representing her clients’ best interests from negotiations to contract execution, while ensuring a smooth and informed experience.

Her 20-year career with the New York City Department of Corrections as a Programs Captain instilled in her a strong foundation of service, leadership, and advocacy. In that role, she led initiatives, coordinated programs, and worked in challenging environments—skills she now applies to real estate with professionalism and purpose.

As both a REALTOR® and REALTIST, Shanese is committed to delivering responsive and attentive service. She is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR), the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR), and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), where she serves as Parliamentarian for the Realtist Alliance of Westchester County. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Military Relocation Specialist and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and also serves the tri-state area as a Mobile Notary Public.
