Suada Nisic is a Realtor who is currently affiliated with Century 21 Results, a real estate agency located in Cumming, GA. Originally from Bosnia, Suada and her family were able to relocate to the United States in 1997. Having endured the hardships of living in a war-torn country, Suada considers her journey to America and the ability to work and own a home as a significant part of her personal success story. Braving five years of war and risking her life to reach the USA. During her initial employment, Suada quickly grasped the English language and familiarized herself with the customs of her new homeland. As a result of her dedication and commitment, she was eventually promoted to a supervisory position, where she spent twelve years training and supporting others in their professional growth. Suada's inclination towards helping others was a natural fit, and she excelled in her role. In 2010, when Suada and her husband were in the process of selling their own home, their real estate agent suggested that she consider obtaining her own real estate license. Encouraged by this advice, Suada embarked on a new career path that she has grown to adore. In 2011, she officially began her journey in the real estate industry and recently became a member of Century 21 Results Realty Services in Cumming, Georgia. After experiencing a successful start in residential sales, Suada discovered a true passion for working with both buyers and sellers, resulting in her selling over a million dollars worth of real estate in her first year alone. Her dedication and commitment to her clients have earned her their appreciation, as they value her unwavering devotion and honesty. As a professional, Suada is an active member of the 400 North Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to her real estate endeavors, Suada has also taken on the role of coaching other agents. She has been involved in this coaching program for the State of Georgia for six years. While Suada initially had aspirations of pursuing a career in nursing, she ultimately decided to follow her passion for real estate.
