Ted Branson, SIOR, serves as Senior Vice President and Industrial Division Director at Landmark Commercial Real Estate Inc. in Wichita, Kansas. With more than four decades of experience in commercial and industrial real estate, he has established a reputation for guiding clients through every stage of their transactions, from negotiations to contract execution. His expertise spans sales, leasing, consulting, property valuations, and investment strategies across industrial, retail, office, land, and mixed-use properties.

Ted began his career in 1977 with Branson & Associates, Inc., a family-owned brokerage and property management firm, where he gained extensive experience in sales and leasing of warehouses, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, retail centers, and land. Following his father’s passing in 2002, he launched the Wichita office of Coldwell Banker Commercial (Stucky & Associates), where he expanded the firm’s operations through a challenging market cycle. In 2009, he joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate, where he was instrumental in establishing its Industrial Division, further broadening the firm’s full-service offerings.

Throughout his career, Ted has worked closely with property owners, tenants, developers, and investors, applying market knowledge and solution-based strategies to address a wide range of real estate needs. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Kansas Association of Realtors (KAR), the Realtors of South Central Kansas (RSCK), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the local CCIM chapter.
