She holds active real estate instructor licenses in both Alabama and Georgia, having specialized in serving veterans, investors, and first-time homebuyers since obtaining her broker's license in 2010. With an Executive Master in Business Administration from Golden Gate University and her background as a military veteran, Teneace combines her professional expertise with a strong commitment to representing her clients' best interests throughout every transaction.
