Tracy's passion for real estate began in 2008, after a successful 25-year career in the medical field as a surgical assistant. With extensive experience in single-family homes, relocation, foreclosures, and military moves, Tracy is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from East Carolina University and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2008. She founded Shumack Realty in 2020 with the goal of creating a client-first approach that reduces stress and makes real estate transactions as seamless as possible. Specializing in working with first-time homebuyers, veterans, and military families, Tracy’s business has grown to reflect her commitment to providing exceptional service to those relocating or seeking their dream home.

Originally from Wilson, NC, Tracy moved to the Triad area in 2013 with her family and has since become an active member of the Lewisville community.
