Ty graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in communications and launched his real estate career immediately, closing his first transaction within three months of graduation. Specializing in residential real estate, he represents buyers, sellers, and investors, collaborates with developers, and assists clients with relocations. He also guides clients through trust and probate processes, offering empathy and understanding during challenging times, and has cultivated a network of vetted vendors and trusted resources, including estate planning attorneys, to support his clients’ diverse needs.
