With a real estate career that began in 1978 through investment property ownership and continued with licensure in 1994, he brings decades of industry knowledge to every transaction. His work focuses on helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, providing guidance from negotiations through contract completion while always prioritizing the best interests of his clients.

Through Wayne Johnson Properties, LLC, he leads a full-service real estate firm that assists clients with residential sales, rentals, property management, and maintenance services. His areas of expertise include working with first-time homebuyers, new construction purchases, second homes, investment properties, luxury real estate, HUD homes, and Charlotte housing programs such as NACA. Known for his strategic marketing, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused approach, Wayne strives to simplify the buying and selling process while helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Before launching his own firm, Wayne served as a Real Estate Broker with Showcase Realty, where he contributed to the strategic planning and operations of the brokerage.
