Yudelka “Yudy” Vargas is the CEO/Broker of Littmann Capital Realty, LLC, based in Orlando, Florida, serving the city and surrounding communities. Inspired by her father, an accomplished accountant, she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and her MBA in accounting and finance, following in his footsteps. Her late mother, a real estate agent, inspired Yudy to enter the field to help clients make informed and strategic financial investments for their future.

Understanding that real estate is often the biggest purchase people make, she loves building relationships with clients, guiding them through the process, teaching financial literacy, and structuring plans for long-term success. With her advanced knowledge in finance and accounting, she creates tailored financial strategies for her clients, including a recent notable sale of $2.6 million in the third quarter of 2025.

Passionate about education, Yudy founded Littmann College School of Real Estate to cultivate skilled real estate professionals who are knowledgeable in both real estate and finance, empowering them to help their clients succeed just as she does with her own brokerage team.
