David’s foundation in real estate began in home improvement and general contracting, a path he entered straight out of high school. After more than a decade in residential renovations, he transitioned into multifamily investing, where he found greater scalability and stability. Since shifting into the commercial multifamily space, he and his partner have closed notable projects including a 16-unit property in North Carolina, a 53-unit community in Midland, Texas, and are currently finalizing a 60-unit acquisition in Hope Mills, North Carolina.
