Throughout his career, Kevin has developed expertise in site selection, contract negotiation, and lease management for national clients and local businesses. He has extensive experience in residential property sales, waterfront properties, new home sales, and commercial retail leases. As founder of his firm, Kevin leads a team focused on providing innovative marketing strategies, thorough market research, and comprehensive support for every client.

Prior to establishing Rickard & Associates Real Estate, Kevin held roles with MMV Real Estate Group, KW Commercial Elite, Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties, and Solutions Realty Group, gaining valuable experience in real estate sales, leasing, and investment transactions. He holds an Associate’s degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from Full Sail University and applies his knowledge and professionalism to every transaction, helping clients navigate the real estate process with clarity and confidence.
