In 2025, Molly authored "UNPRECEDENTED Step-by-Step REAL ESTATE GUIDE: Essential Tools for Thriving in Today’s Real Estate Market," a comprehensive resource addressing the evolving landscape of the real estate industry following the 2024 NAR Settlement. Through her book and online classes, she continues to educate real estate professionals and consumers on negotiation strategies, transparency in transactions, and the integration of technology in modern real estate practices. In 2025, Molly has authored 3 additional books: Buyer Handbook, Seller Handbook, and Real Estate Professional Handbook all of which are to be published in early 2026.
