Nathan's extensive career began in 1977 when he joined Restaurant Sites, Inc. and later co-founded Retail Sites International in 1983. His firm has earned a reputation for expertise in all facets of commercial real estate, from multi-unit retail centers to undeveloped land and build-to-suit projects. Over the years, Nathan has helped clients navigate the complexities of site selection, market analysis, lease negotiations, and 1031 exchanges. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Humanities, Nathan has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for many years.
