Alex Blake is a Commercial Mortgage Broker with Dansker Capital Group based in Boston, Massachusetts. Originally from Ireland, he moved to Boston more than a decade ago and has built a career focused exclusively on commercial real estate finance. With experience across all major asset classes—including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and land—he works with developers and investors to structure financing solutions that support complex real estate projects.

Over the course of his career, Blake has closed more than $450 million in commercial real estate loans within the past four years, arranging senior debt, construction financing, mezzanine capital, bridge loans, preferred equity, and joint venture equity structures. His role centers on designing complete capital stacks for development and investment opportunities, connecting borrowers with lenders and equity partners to bring projects from concept to completion.

Before joining Dansker Capital Group in 2026, Blake served as a Senior Associate at FinanceBoston, where he provided financing solutions for commercial investors and developers. Earlier in his career, he held analytical and financial roles with Boston Property Ventures and Boston Property Management. He began his career after completing his education at Dublin Institute of Technology, bringing a strong foundation in financial analysis and development modeling to his work in commercial real estate finance.
