Christine Contreras is a licensed Realtor with Colorado Dream Properties, Inc. in Parker, Colorado. She entered the real estate industry in 2020 and earned her Colorado real estate license in 2022. Christine works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through negotiations and contract execution while representing their best interests throughout each transaction. She services a wide Front Range area and is most actively engaged throughout the Denver metro region.

In addition to sales, Christine brings extensive experience in residential property management. She personally manages approximately 40 rental properties and assists in overseeing a substantially larger portfolio for her brokerage. Her role includes rental marketing, leasing coordination, tenant placement, vendor communication, and operational support, ensuring efficient outcomes for both owners and tenants.

Christine is actively involved in the Colorado real estate and business community. While the Denver metro area remains her primary hub for professional engagement, she also maintains strong connections in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, where she supports local small businesses and community initiatives. She serves as Board Secretary for Southern Colorado Rising Professionals and is a member of the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, remaining committed to professional growth, collaboration, and advocacy within the industry.
