He entered the real estate industry after an extensive 40-year career as a funeral director and mortuary specialist, during which he managed 10 funeral homes and guided families through some of the most challenging times in their lives. With a deep passion for playing a pivotal role in people’s lives, David was inspired to pursue real estate as his second career after relocating to Omaha and purchasing his own home through a realtor friend.

Since 2019, David has specialized in residential real estate, representing both buyers and sellers, with a primary focus on first-time homebuyers. He finds great joy in seeing their excitement and helping them create memories as they achieve the milestone of homeownership, taking pride in helping clients realize the American Dream. In addition, David specializes in real estate disposition and assisting seniors with downsizing or right-sizing to assisted living, offering compassion and support to individuals and families navigating change or loss.
