David Mosal serves as the Executive Vice President of Speed Commercial Real Estate in Ridgeland, Mississippi. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, David has honed his skills in project leasing, brokerage, and investment sales. His expertise lies in property turnarounds and value maximization through increased leasing and creative deal structuring. He has a comprehensive background in landlord representation, corporate services leasing, and real estate consultation, making him a versatile and knowledgeable professional in his field.

David attributes much of his success to his brokerage owner and mentor, Jeff Speed, whose guidance has been instrumental in advancing his career. Known for his straightforward and genuine approach, David is committed to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.

A native of Jackson, David graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Mississippi Chapter of CCIM. Additionally, he is an active member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors.

David's extensive construction and development background allows him to manage construction costs effectively and prevent unforeseen issues during tenant improvements. His property management experience further aids in negotiating leases that minimize potential problems during tenant occupancy.
