Jase Stefanski is a licensed REALTOR® and Mortgage Broker with Cascade Home Sales, Inc. in Battle Ground, WA, bringing over 32 years of full-time experience in real estate and lending to every client he serves. Since entering the mortgage industry in 1993 — including a tenure as a top producer at Washington Mutual — Jase has closed more than 3,000 real estate transactions and 2,500 home loans, all handled personally. His dual expertise eliminates the miscommunication that commonly occurs between separate agents and loan officers, giving clients a seamless, accountable experience from first consultation through closing.

Jase's deep knowledge of FHA and VA financing allows him to craft strategically structured offers that align with each buyer's financial profile, while his study of thousands of appraisals over the course of his career gives him a clear understanding of how lenders evaluate properties. He has successfully negotiated numerous short sales, helping clients avoid foreclosure, and currently owns and manages a portfolio of rental properties — experience he draws on to guide clients interested in real estate investment. He holds a Finance degree from Linfield College and is a Crown Financial Ministries Certified Instructor.
