Her career commenced in 1991 at CB Commercial (now CBRE) in Los Angeles, where she adeptly transitioned from the legal department into brokerage and marketing, ultimately specializing in property management more than 25 years ago. Throughout her career, Jennifer has collaborated with well-respected organizations such as Northern Automotive Corporation (now O’Reilly Auto Parts) and Inverness, LLC, honing her expertise in site selection, operations, and tenant retention.

Before recently starting her new postion at Pederson, Inc. Jennifer spent over 22 years working for A & C Properties, and successfully managed a diverse retail portfolio encompassing Arizona, Southern California, and Las Vegas. Her ability to foster long-term relationships with tenants and clients distinguishes her as a dedicated professional in the industry.
