He began his career in the real estate industry over 27 years ago in the homebuilding sector, working in construction project management and sales for two national builders. After building a distinguished career in new construction real estate, John transitioned to being a REALTOR® assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in both new construction and resale residential properties. With exceptional expertise in all aspects of construction, he offers clients a keen eye for detail along with sound advice and factual information to help them make informed decisions for their future.

While attending St. John Fisher University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in International Business, John participated in a Walt Disney Co-op during his sophomore year, gaining invaluable insight into world-class customer service — a principle he has carried throughout his career and applies daily to serve clients at the highest level.

Over the course of his tenure with national builders, John received numerous accolades, including the Project Manager Award in 2004, the Distinguished Builder Award in 2005, the Special Assignment Project Manager Award, and the Construction Volume Award in 2002, 2003, and 2004. His most notable achievements include the Master Builders Society Award and the Most Outstanding Area of Customer Service Award for the Virginia region in 2012. During his time in sales, he was also recognized with multiple sales awards in 2008, 2009, and 2010.
