Kathy was born at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. Kathy is a Real Estate Paralegal and a Licensed Title Insurance Agent with over 30 years of experience in the real estate. Kathy assists both buyers and sellers in the closing process ensuring a seamless experience. Kathy also has broad experience in 1031 exchanges, estate planning, probate administration, landlord/tenant disputes and business planning. Kathy started her career in Fairfax, Virginia as a closing processor for a Law Firm before deciding to move out west to Salt Lake, Utah where she honed her skills in the title insurance industry. In 1990, Kathy moved to Sarasota, Florida and began working for Parker & Associates, P.A., as the paralegal for Ted Parker. She and Ted have enjoyed a work union for over 30 years and she remains an asset to him. Kathy is married and has two beautiful daughters, Kayla and Hailey. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and tending to her animals and farm.
