He began his real estate career in Georgia and, after becoming an empty nester, relocated to North Carolina. With 40 years of experience across both states — including 18 years in North Carolina — Pat specializes in residential real estate, representing buyers and sellers, as well as land transactions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Development from the University of Georgia and graduated from the Real Estate Institute in 1976.
