Summer Wilborn is the Owner and Designated Broker of Better Properties North Proctor, the oldest standing real estate office in the Proctor neighborhood and the largest woman-owned real estate brokerage in Pierce County. A second-generation industry professional—the daughter of a local contractor and granddaughter of a local developer—Summer carries deep roots in Tacoma’s real estate community. After 12 years in education, she returned to real estate in 2010, quickly rising within Better Properties and ultimately acquiring the North Proctor office after five years of working alongside its previous owner.

Guided by the philosophy that “your success is the measure of my success,” Summer is known for her principled leadership, sharp industry knowledge, and commitment to elevating both her clients and the more than 100 brokers she leads. Her focus is on delivering exceptional client service, providing tailored resources, and ensuring every buyer and seller feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey. In addition to overseeing Better Properties North Proctor, Summer co-founded a property management company with her husband, Deric, in 2015.
