Troy Robbins holds multiple roles within Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Partner, and Broker. Born and raised in Sarasota, Troy is a second-generation native of Sarasota, FL. At the age of 19, he joined the family business, Harry E. Robbins Associates Inc., as a sales associate. In 2016, he furthered his career by obtaining his Brokerage License. Troy's expertise lies in guiding Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, and Tenants throughout their Commercial Real Estate Transactions. Additionally, he works closely with investors interested in cash flow properties that generate net income for his clients. Prior to his involvement in the family business, Troy graduated from Riverview High School. During his time there, he excelled as a three-year letterman on the Varsity Basketball team, served as the two-year president of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and received the Student-Athlete award for four consecutive years. Following his graduation, Troy pursued higher education at MCC, now known as State College of Florida, where he studied and successfully passed his Florida Real Estate Exam. Troy actively participates in various community organizations, such as Sertoma, and serves as an assistant coach for the boys' varsity basketball team at Riverview High School. Furthermore, he is an engaged member of the Distinguished Alumni Foundation at Riverview High School. Troy also plays a significant role in City Commit, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping men enhance their roles as husbands, fathers, businessmen, and community leaders. Troy's achievements in his profession have not gone unnoticed. He has been recognized with numerous awards, including Most Transactions in 2022, Top 5 Realtors in 2021, five consecutive years as a recipient of the 5 Star Award, four years listed as a Premier Agent on Best Of Zillow, and the 2022 Platinum Broker designation. Troy attributes his success to the exceptional individuals who have surrounded him throughout his life, particularly within his grandfather's real estate firm. His grandfather and father served as phenomenal mentors, and he is fortunate to work alongside his three brothers, who are not only his siblings but also his closest friends. Additionally, Troy acknowledges the invaluable contributions of his dedicated staff, who ensure the smooth operation of the office.
